ABOUT
Dumile Shongwe didn’t start out bold. He started out timid, unsure, and an intern.
Today he’s the Founder & CEO of Dragon Pride Realty, one of the youngest Master Property Practitioners in Africa, and a multi-award-winning entrepreneur who has helped build a network of 30+ industry stakeholders. But the title isn’t the point — the journey is.
Mr D speaks because he is proof. Proof that young, Black entrepreneurs can disrupt established industries. Proof that self-doubt doesn’t have to be the end of the story. Proof that consistency and discipline outwork talent every time.
His mission is simple: inspire change, motivate action, and teach entrepreneurship to anyone hungry enough to grow.
