As part of the Mr D Speaks Tour, Dumile Shongwe and his team travelled to Mpumalanga for a powerful youth engagement focused on entrepreneurship, personal development and the importance of building valuable skills.
The engagement marked an important milestone: one of our first speaking engagement outside Gauteng.
Speaking to young people about their potential, Dumile shared practical insights on entrepreneurship, mindset and the importance of taking personal responsibility for one’s future.
The message was simple:
You don’t have to wait for an opportunity. Develop yourself until you become valuable enough to create one.
For Dumile, public speaking is about more than standing on a stage. It is about transferring knowledge, challenging perspectives and giving young people the tools to think differently about their futures.
The Mpumalanga engagement is another step in the vision behind the Mr D Speaks Tour taking conversations around entrepreneurship, personal development and economic empowerment to communities across South Africa.
